Daunen/Down Particularly warm sleeping bag with highly water-repellent outer material for icy nights in the high mountains or winter bivouacs.
Regular = Max. Body height 170 cm, Long = Max. Body height 185 cm
The combination of high-quality down, elaborate, expedition-compatible chamber construction, water-repellent outer material and recycled inner material makes the Glacier 1000 Women's ideal for bivouacking in winter or touring in the high mountains.
Thanks to its filling of 950g DOWN CODEX certified duck down with at least 700 cuin fill power and the lightweight, water-repellent 30 denier DRILITE® LOFT™ outer material made from recycled polyamide, the sleeping bag is extremely warm. The inner material is also 100% recycled. Changeable conditions, condensation or snow cannot harm it in a tent or snow cave.
Trapezoidal chambers on the upper side and angled box chambers on the underside optimize the thermal performance, prevent cold bridges and prevent the down from slipping. The six chambers of the anatomically shaped foot section ensure that the feet stay nice and warm, which is particularly important in sub-zero temperatures. The hood consists of five chambers that ensure optimum distribution of the down and even warmth.
Our proven EXL® technology contributes to a higher thermal performance, as the inner material of the sleeping bag fits closer to the body and thus reduces unnecessary air spaces. At the same time, the down is given more space for maximum loft. The long zipper with Gemini™ system prevents heat loss in this critical area and is reinforced to prevent the zipper from jamming. The flat, magnetic Lode Lock™ fastener and the drawstrings on the thermal collar are easy to use, even at night.
The narrow but comfortable Alpine Fit optimizes the warmth-to-weight ratio. With a "Good Night's Sleep" temperature of -21°C, the Glacier 1000 Women's is ideal for bivouacs in very cold conditions.
