This original Opinel-knife with a beechwood grip offers the comfort and safety of the slip lock preventing the blade from unintentionally closing. In addition the rounded tip on the stainless steel blade eliminates injuries.

The beechwood used in the handle is from the European Beach. The wood dries well and is often used in tool and brushes because of the excellent technical characteristics.
