An Opinel knife with stainless steel blade and beautiful olive wood handle. The blade is held in place using the Virobloc-system.

The olive wood comes from the european olive which is planted in Mediteranian countries for the fruits and oil. It has a fine structure and a light to middle brown color and a dark, almost black grain.

The wood has an good hardness and the smooth surface is excellent for staining and polishing.

Especially nice for transporting the knife, the leatherette sheath.

Included is the attractive pine or beech gift box.
