Opinel Mushroom knife, stainless steel

This knife was developed by Opinel specifically for the collection and preparation of mushrooms.

Using the fine, curved Sandvik stainless steel blade with a serrated back mushrooms can be skinned easily.

You can easily clean soil residue off the mushrooms with the boar bristle brush at the end of the natural, varnished beech wood handle.
