Opinel Knife No. 8, carbon steel, ring-lock

The blade of the Opinel knife is made of the high carbon alloy XC90 carbon steel and can be easily re-sharpened.

It can be locked in a quickly using by turning a safety ring (Virobloc system).

The handle is made from dried, long stored hardwood. A special varnish protects against moisture.
