We try to give you as much information about availability and shipping times as possible. Here we would like to explain details
Next to each product, we show the availability and the time we need to ship it. We are usually able to ship faster than the time shown.
If the product has one day shipping time and you order and pay (credit card, PayPal or Sofortüberweisung) by 12:00, we will usually be able to ship on the same day. There might be a one day delay for DHL shipments.
In addition to the time we need to ship your product, please bear in mind the shipping time. For Germany, this is usually 1-2 days; you can find typical shipping times for other countries in the table below.
Shipping charges
We show the shipping charge for all products. For shipping outside of Germany, the shipping charge depends on the weight of the product. The price shown next to a given product includes all products in the shopping cart including the currently selected article..
Prices
The price for products depends on the country of destination. For all shipments within the EU, the VAT is added to the price of the product. For shipping outside the EU, the price is given without VAT. Please note, you may need to pay local customs and taxes. Please contact your local customs department, to determine the amount of tax and customs you will need to pay.
